CUSTOMER CONVERSION BONUSES (RESET EACH PAY PERIOD)

In addition to Tiered Individual Bonuses, you may also earn Customer Conversion Bonuses. Reach the number of points and customer conversions required to be eligible for the following customer conversion bonuses. Earn up to a maximum of $4/hour.

* Payout Bonus: a bonus on top of the hourly rate for hours worked (stat holidays & vacation pay are excluded as they are not hours worked)

PROBATION PERIOD BONUS

For each purchase initiation (a completed primary purchase payment form where the customer completes the purchase and keeps the vehicle) $30 bonus will be awarded. Bonuses are only calculated after the 90 days probationary period has passed and management has granted full status.
(Based on $30 per sale initiation and 80 hours worked within a single pay period)

No other bonuses are awarded during probation period.
Probation Late Policy: Being late at anytime during your probation will void any accumulated bonuses.
Holidays are only eligible after probation period has passed.

PERFECT ATTENDANCE BONUS

A $100 Bonus per pay period will be awarded to each employee when they have been late no more than 1 time in a pay period. The late day must not be greater than 15 minutes and you must have notified management that you are going to be late. An employees time clock must show they have logged in on time or before their shift has started to be eligible.

TERMS & CONDITIONS TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR BONUS

Business office contracts on outright purchases: You are no longer required to complete business office contracts with customers in order to reach bonus eligibility, whereas, you were previously required to complete a minimum of two contracts per pay period.
 
Customer conversions: You are required to complete one customer conversion per pay period. Missing a customer conversion will reduce your bonus by 25%.
 
Late days in a pay period: Each late day after 1 will result in the following:
2 late days will reduce your bonus by 25%
3 late days will reduce your bonus by 50%
4 late days will eliminate your bonus
 
Bonuses are subject to all assignments being completed in a timely manner and are immediately voided for doing personal business on company time such as but not limited to; cell phone use, sports stats, news and internet usage unrelated to company business. Bonuses are immediately voided for arriving un-kept, chewing gum, eating at your desk, smoking, vaping or any other activities which are deemed to be detrimental to the sales environment.
 
Management may allocate unallocated sales in a sequential order to staff members as a courtesy; however, it is not compulsory, and arriving late or having unscheduled absences will automatically dismiss staff members from receiving any courtesy allocation whatsoever.
 
Bonuses will be voided for malignant behaviour, including but not limited to theft, the misappropriation of leads and intentionally circumventing the point generation systems safeguards to earn more points than you are entitled to. As a result, your position as an employee may also be terminated with cause.
 
Bonuses are void for ending employment with out 2 weeks written notice.
 
Sick Day Policy: Transaction bonuses are eligible if you are off sick. To be eligible for your bonus you must call (604-522-7376), email ([email protected]) or send a message in the repo.com system 30 minutes before your shift starts each day that you are going to be off sick. You may be placed back on the schedule the next day after you call in. (example: If you are sick on a Monday and contact us on a Tuesday before your shift starts to let us know you are well, you may be placed back on the schedule for your Wednesday shift. If you are sick on a Monday and contact us on a Tuesday after your shift has started you may be placed back on the schedule for your shift on Thursday)

Holidays requested 2 weeks or greater before the vacation day qualify for bonus eligibility. (If you book less than 2 weeks you void your performance bonus)
Holidays may or may not be granted depending on staffing during the requested time off. (If someone has already booked off that day you are less likely to be granted the re- quested vacation day)
 
Bonuses can and may be voided at anytime during a pay period. This includes but is not limited to not giving full efforts to initiate a sale, not emailing the listing report to any and all customers/potential customers, printing off the listing report, asking for the sale more than once during a phone call or on site, using the clean up kit while showing a vehicle, washing a vehicle for a test drive, washing a vehicle for delivery, missing a shift, and not providing excellent customer service or conducting yourself in a professional manner.
