HIGHEST POINT EARNER

Being the highest point earner for two consecutive pay periods makes you eligible to earn a permanent pay increase of $2.00 per hour, up to an eligible total maximum increase of $6.00 from the initiated base wage. Even after reaching the cap, employees with the highest points for two consecutive pay periods will get up to an additional $40 per week bonus, for a total maximum added bonus of $160.

TRANSACTIONS

A minimum of 25 transactions must be achieved as a group each pay period, otherwise all bonuses, including but not limited to personal, tiered, individual and sale bonuses will be reduced by 25% in addition to any other reductions which can or may occur.

SALE BONUSES

Individual transaction bonuses are earned at $30 per transaction initiated. 10 or more individual transactions in a pay period will also earn an additional $500 bonus in the next pay period.

* Payout Bonus: a bonus on top of the hourly rate for hours worked in a single pay period (stat holidays & vacation pay are excluded as they are not hours worked). Customer conversion and lead conversion bonuses apply only to the registered email. Purchases assigned to a different purchaser or leasing company are not eligible to be bonused.

Customer or lead conversions apply only to the user you created or sent information to. Any misspellings, errors or significant others/friends/family or associates who purchase the asset outside of your lead does not entitle you to points or having the purchase assigned to you. What the control panel reflects is what will be allocated.

PAYOUTS

All bonuses are paid out the following pay period, one pay period behind.

NEW HIRES

New hires are eligible to receive bonuses during their probationary period.

TERMS & CONDITIONS TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR BONUS

Points: You must earn a minimum of 400 points in a pay period to be eligible to receive bonuses. Points are tabulated by the system and earned by completing daily tasks, such as booking in inventory, creating listings, registering customers, generating leads by sending information, doing test drives, creating purchase contracts, creating invoices, initiating sales, completing general office duties and participating in office clean up.

Sick days/unscheduled absences: Sick days and unscheduled absences will result in customer conversion bonuses, lead conversion bonuses, and 25% of the eligible tiered and sales bonuses being forfeit in addition to being removed from the sequential sale allocation list and the highest point earner pay increase eligibility.

Late days in a pay period: Each late day after 1 will result in the following:
2 late days will reduce your bonus by 25%
3 late days will reduce your bonus by 50%
4 late days will eliminate your bonus

You can arrive up to 30 minutes before your shift to avoid arriving late and having your bonuses impacted. You must be in uniform, logged in and working on completing daily tasks and will be paid for the time worked before your shift officially starts.

Sequential Sale Allocation: Management may allocate unallocated sales in a sequential order to staff members as a courtesy; however, it is not compulsory and is strictly a gesture of goodwill. Arriving late or having unscheduled absences will automatically dismiss staff members from receiving any courtesy allocation whatsoever.

Sick Days: Transaction bonuses are eligible if you are off sick. To be eligible for your bonus you must call (604-522-7376), email ([email protected]) or send a message in the repo.com system 30 minutes before your shift starts each day that you are going to be off sick. You may be placed back on the schedule the next day after you call in. (Example: If you are sick on a Monday and contact us on a Tuesday before your shift starts to let us know you are well you may be placed back on the schedule for your Wednesday shift. If you are sick on a Monday and contact us on a Tuesday after your shift has started you may be placed back on the schedule for your shift on Thursday)

Holidays: Holidays requested 1 week or greater before the vacation day qualify for bonus eligibility. Holidays may or may not be granted depending on staffing during the requested time off. Vacation time that is requested and authorized less than a week in advance will be treated as an unscheduled absence and will result in customer conversion bonuses, lead conversion bonuses, and 25% of the eligible tiered and sales bonuses being forfeit in addition to being removed from the sequential sale allocation list and the highest point earner pay increase eligibility.

Assignments: Bonuses are subject to all assignments being completed in a timely manner, including but not limited to business opportunity being captured, as well as customer visits and phone calls being properly recorded using the appropriate message templates, such as “Thank You for Visiting” and “Thank You for Phone Call”. Emails must also be properly titled with the purpose of the message.

Bonuses can be voided at any time during a pay period. This includes but is not limited to not giving full efforts to initiate a sale, not emailing the listing report to any and all customers/potential customers, not printing off the listing report, not asking for the sale more than once during a phone call or on site, not using the clean-up kit while showing a vehicle, not washing a vehicle for a test drive, not washing a vehicle for delivery, missing a shift, and not providing excellent customer service or conducting yourself in a professional manner.

Personal Business on Company Time: Bonuses are immediately voided for doing personal business on company time, and for malignant behaviour, including but not limited to theft, the misappropriation of leads and intentionally circumventing the point generation systems safeguards to earn more points than you are entitled to. As a result, your position as an employee will also be terminated with cause.

Employment: Bonuses are void for ending employment without 2 weeks written notice.
