The 2016 Yamaha FJR1300AE is a sport touring motorcycle powered by a 1,298cc liquid-cooled DOHC inline four-cylinder engine paired with a 6-speed manual transmission and shaft final drive. Designed for sport touring, the FJR1300AE combines full fairing coverage, an adjustable riding position, integrated storage, and a range of electronic rider features.

Features include electronically adjustable suspension, an inverted front fork, ABS, traction control, cruise control, Yamaha D-MODE selectable engine modes, an electrically adjustable windshield, heated grips, LED lighting, adaptive LED cornering lights, adjustable seat, and integrated hard side cases.
