✔ Warranty

The above listed asset may come with a power train warranty which covers parts and labor on the engine, transmission, and differential for 30 days or 2000 kilometers from your date of purchase (some exceptions and/or limitations may apply). Extended warranties are available for eligible passenger vehicles, and are honored across Canada and the United States. Commercial vehicles are not eligible for extended warranties.

✔ Deposit: $175.00

The first person to leave a deposit has purchase priority and four days to complete the purchase in full (as defined by the days that Wekan Holdings Ltd. DBA Burnaby Repo.com is open for business). Simply expressing interest, viewing or test driving a vehicle does not entitle you to purchase priority. Deposits can be made by anybody at any time, in person, online, or over the phone. You can initiate your purchase with a minimum deposit of $175 if you intend to buy. Methods of payment accepted are credit card, bank draft, certified check, cash or debit if authorized by your financial institution. If a credit card is used to pay the balance, a $50 administration fee plus applicable taxes will apply. Credit card payments are accepted up to a maximum of $20,000. The cardholder must be present at the time of purchase completion with the credit card and valid government-issued photo identification matching the name on the card. Deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have all subjects removed. If you are not 100% committed and do not intend to complete your purchase, do not leave a deposit. We can also arrange financing on your behalf with a total deposit and down payment of $2000 (deposit of $175 plus $1825 down).

✔ Contract Commitment Cancellation

Prior to contract completion, purchaser may cancel the purchase within the contract completion period at a contract cancellation fee of $175.00.

✔ Limited Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee on Fully Completed Contracts

Purchasers have until the close of the following business day (as defined by the days that Wekan Holdings Ltd. DBA Burnaby Repo.com is open for business) to return the item in the same condition it was sold in, with a maximum of 100 additional kilometres (or 1 hour if the listing only has an hour meter) from the odometer value indicated on the Bill of Sale/Purchase Agreement, to be eligible for a refund of the purchase price plus taxes, less a re-stocking fee of $175.00. The item must have no further damages, must not have been smoked in, must not have had pets inside, and may not be disassembled or disassembled and reassembled. Purchasers must be present and in person to exercise the return option and transfer ownership, and the item must be unencumbered. Purchasers must return all keys, manuals and any items that came with the original purchase. Meeting these criteria is required to be eligible for a refund and a Repo.com representative will verify these requirements upon return. Layaway purchases and new items are final sale and do not qualify for our Limited Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee on fully completed contracts.

✔ Sell-Back Option

Once you are finished with the asset, Repo.com can assist you by re-selling it on your behalf. The resale listing price will be set at the contracted sale price, minus $150.00 per month of ownership (or at the assessed value), plus applicable sales fees and hard costs (conditions and limitations may apply). This is strictly a re-sale service with Repo.com and does not involve Repo.com purchasing the asset back from you.
